We offer a free of charge no obligation survey for all our loft conversions, a service we extend to all our building projects.
Our experienced surveyor discuss your requirements and provide the best solution for your needs and budget.

Design and Drawings

Our in house planner will produce the architectural drawings needed to meet building regulations and gain planning permission, we also produce a 3D design to enable our clients to visualise the proposed loft conversion.

Loft Conversion Cost

The price of a loft conversion is dependent on the complexity of the build, the type of windows, the design and on the individual requirements, therefore it is difficult to supply and accurate quotation without performing a survey.
For a free no obligation survey, and competitive quote for your loft conversion please call us on [WHICH PHONE NUMBER?].

Planning Permission

Due to changes in planning laws, most loft conversions are considered as ‘Permitted Development’ and as long as they meet certain criteria, such as size, appearance and location, planning permission is not required.

Mar2Build will advise whether your conversion needs planning permission as well as the party wall rules and guide you through the process.

Building Regulations

Even if your attic conversion doesn’t require planning permission it will still need to meet building regulations on fire safety, structure, energy efficiency, insulation, ventilation and lighting.
Mar2Build will design a loft living space to meet these criteria and liaise with local building inspectors to ensure a completion certificate is issued.
